Data Deletion

You can ask us to delete the personal data RecruitBridge holds about you. This page explains how, for both recruiters and candidates.

Recruiters

Closing your account removes your organisation's data, including uploaded résumés and screening records, within 30 days. To request this, email support@recruitbridge.ai from your account email.

Candidates

If you were screened through RecruitBridge and want your data erased, email support@recruitbridge.ai with the phone number or email you applied with. We will delete your résumé, interview transcripts, scores, contact details, and any talent network profile within 30 days and confirm by reply. To remove only your talent network profile, say so in your email.

What we may retain

We may keep the minimum records required by law (for example, billing records) and anonymised data that can no longer identify you.
